Muscle relief 

As a research scientist I was trained to be sceptical. So at a recent health retreat, when people started talking about the benefits of Magnesium I though they've got to be joking. But 25 years of putting up with neck and shoulder soreness from a thoracic outlet release operation, countless pills swallowed, and endless tubes of deep heat gels, I came across a tube of Ancient Minerals Magnesium gel in a natural food store. Deciding to give it a try, I discovered profound relief, especially effective when retiring for the night - what bliss to have a good night's sleep. I tried it on my lower back  with similar effective results.
I don't know how it works, and in many respects, I don't care ! I only know it works for me....and for my daughter...and for my friends to whom I've recommended it. Ancient Minerals Magnesium ...sounds strange...but I have not found anything better for my muscle cramps. Sceptic no more - I'm a believer!!
